Public Health Wales is entering an exciting phase as it focuses more closely on a multi-agency systems and settings approach to improve population health and tackle inequalities.
We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed Senior Health Promotion Practitioner to support this approach to health improvement at a national level. Initially focussed on supporting the development of the Making Every Contact Count programme, working within the NHS Settings and Substance Misuse Team, the role will also require flexibility to cover the breadth of work that the Division is involved in delivering.
This is an all Wales post and as such the base will be negotiable.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post.
