We are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic and highly motivated individual whose focus will be the planning, delivery and co-ordination of health improvement interventions for Young People in Wolverhampton. This will include STI/HIV prevention and sexual health promotion through outreach services across a range of venues and in partnership with appropriate services. One to one and face to face interventions and group health improvement initiatives will also take place both onsite and at external venues. This also includes community promotional events such as World Aids Day.
