A short term but exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated Health Promotion Practitioner to work within a community-based, multidisciplinary Health Improvement Team. The HIMP team plans, delivers and evaluates health improvement initiatives in Westminster. The post will be hands on with promoting physical activity and healthy eating and with promoting self-care for people with long term conditions through outreach Health Checks (MOTs) and other initiatives such as health promotion talks.
