We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and dynamic Consultant in Public Health to join the Nottingham City Council Public Health team. This post is permanent and up to full time

Nottingham is committed to improving the health for their population and to reduce local health inequalities as reflected in the Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy and The Council Plan. These appointments will support the DPH, the Council and partners to achieve these ambitions for the City.

This appointment will support the Director of Public Health (DPH) in delivering public health priorities across Nottingham City with a diverse range of partners in the local authority, NHS and other statutory and voluntary organisations, including the Health and Wellbeing Board. You will be a key part of a team of three Public Health Consultants and a Director of Public Health with support from Public Health Insight Managers and Analysts.
